WordPress lacks the abstraction of views on objects.  
Here is a WordPress or Forest Wiki url for a page
MySite.com/some-page
Here are the WordPress and ForestWiki edit pages
MySite.com//wp-admin/post.php?post=15&action=edit
Mysite.com/some-page/ckedit

The WordPress edit view is completely disconnected from the WordPress view page view.
