Consuming less is part of the problem, but not all of it. There needs to be equity between the Global North which consumed 70% of the world's carbon, and the poor south. We need to transfer wealth to the south to prevent them from transferring CO2 to the rest of the world. It is not gong to happen. Only mistake, is that things are getting worse much faster than he suggests. Really we have already lost the war.
